I want to use a variety of fonts on the label amd include a graphic.

I have Windows XP and Office XP

How can this be done?

The same way you change the font in any of the Office programs. This is
probably one of the first things you learned how to do. (Fonts are fun to
experiment with and it's easy to change the look of a document.)

Select the text, go to Format|Font, and select the font you want. Most
Office applications also have a font drop-down box on the toolbar. You can
click the arrow in it to see a list of available fonts.

I wouldn't recommend using a "variety" of fonts on a business card, though.
Use two at the very most.

I would certainly endorse the limiting of fonts to two, tho' two
sizes of letters usually work well. More than two fonts looks
like a Victorian theater poster or a ransom note!

Are you asking the best way to start creating the labels since you do
want various fonts and a graphic? I suspect that's what you want since
those who know Word also know this isn't the most straight-forward
task! But it's fairly easy once you know how. :)

The easiest way to do this is create a blank sheet of labels, (in the
Envelopes and Labels dialog type nothing in the text box and click
"New Document"). Then create your business card on the first label,
include the graphic, change the fonts, etc.

Then to propagate the rest of the labels, take a look at the bottom of
this article for macro that will do this for you:

If you don't know how to create a macro then take a look at this
