how do i change graphics in a template

I downloaded a template from office online to use in an annual report. The
annual report is being presented as a newsletter type format. So I downloaded
a newsletter format. I want to change the photos to our agency photos and am
having difficulties doing so.

Can you indicate a) what program & version you're using (Office contains a
number of different programs, and different versions of Office can exhibit
different problems) b) which template you're using, and c) what steps you're
using? The idea is to describe exactly what you're using and doing so we can
try to replicate the "difficulties", and hopefully, provide a remedy. Until
we know exactly where you're running into a problem, it's rather difficult
to try to offer a solution.
