how do i change the icon for a folder

When I imported my contacts into Outlook 2003 on my new computer the icons
for 'folders' had changed. Instead of the yellow folder icon, I now have the
contact icon to represent the folders. Also, the sub-catagories don't show up
anymore except in the 'add new folder' view.
