There are various ways to circle text with drawing objects, but if you can
interpret "circle" loosely, the easiest way to enclose text is to apply a
border. Select the text to be "circled," go to Format | Borders and Shading,
make sure that "Text" is selected under "Apply to," and click on the Box
button.
