How do I coalate and staple a newsletter while mail merging?

I am producing a newsletter with six pages duplexed and using mail merge and
would like to staple them, when I choose the staple option it staples ten
newsletters together instead of seperatley.

If you are printing six pages you can't staple them together without leaving
blank pages in the document. You end up with a 11x17 sheet and a 8.5x11
sheet printed on both sides. So you have pages 6&1 on the face of the 11x17,
2&5 on the inside of the 11x17 and 3&4 on the 8.5x11. You could run the
8.5x11 page 2-up and print half the quantity. So you would have 3/3 duplex
with 4/4 then collate them together by hand. But no staples...

You'd have to make an 8 page newsletter to staple the sheets together. That
would be 8/1 over 2/7 on one sheet and 3/6 over 4/5 on the other sheet of
11x17. Personally, I'd hand collate them with some "volunteers". You know,
the kids...

Isn't imposition grand...
