I have 4 reports that have different queries selecting the data from one
table. How do I combine all the reports into one report and issue each new
report by sales rep? I can create additional queries and add a macro but that
creates 4 reports per sales rep. Is this the only way? HELP!

If I do that I lose the column/report headings which are different for each
report. Am I inserting it in the wrong place?

If the reports are pretty much independent, then I'd suggest putting them all
onto one master report as four Subreports. If you wish, you could base the
main report on the table of sales reps, and use the rep ID as the master/child
link field so that you can just run the report once, generating copies for all
the reps.
