How do I configure MS Exchange Server to work with Outlook?

I have a home version of Windows XP and Outlook XP. In
order to create offline folders, etc, I need MS Exchange.
Is that not a part of Windows XP Home version. I want to
run Outlook of my main computer and have it synch with my
family's computers like I have it at work. Is it
possible? If so, what do I need to do?
