How do I construct an address booklet utilizing word or publisher

I need to make a directory for a non-profit organization. The names and
addresses are already in an Excel file. Is there a simple method of setting
up a directory lising.

If you have Publisher 2003, use the catalog merge. Open the wizard, it will walk
you through.
