How do I contact microsoft without paying $35?

How do I contact microsoft without paying $35? Paid for a licence, now being
asked to pay again, telling me I still have a trial version only.

Hi,

What does your contract with them say? (Under what terms did you buy the
licence?) What are the local or country laws relating to the sale of goods
and services? Sounds like you need to look carefully at what agreements
between you and Microsoft exist and what obligations under law Microsoft has.
