how do I convert office publication to word format

I'm trying to E-mail my publication home so I can print on my home printer

You do realize that when you save your .pub file as a Word doc, you will lose
your graphics and formatting, don't you?

Go to File > Save As > and change the Save As Type to Word 97-2000 RTF. Rich
Text Format (means no objects).
