How do I copy an active screen without a F20 key?

I am using Microsoft XP. I am trying to create a doucment with step-by-step
screen instructions. I am at a new job and the keyboard I have is different
from what I am use to. At my previous job I could hold the CTRL key and
press the F20 key to copy an active screen, but I don't have a F20 on my
keyboard now. HELP!
