Don't scan an an OCR, scan it as an image. Then you can overlay a
frame and insert textboxes over the form image as the working part of
the form. Users can then tab through the fields to enter info. When
you print, it'll print the image and the data from the fields...as if
the form was created online.
Granted, it CAN be tricky getting the form fields in the right spot.
But it can be done with a little finesse.
Also, if you have blanks of the form, you can choose to just print the
data and have that print right onto the form itself, which can be
loaded into your printer.
