How do I copy letterhead?

I have changed my existing letterhead information. I scanned it, but it
won't size to the top of normal 8.5" x 11" paper. It insisted on centering.

Any suggestions?

Cindi,
Did you edit and save this logo to a particular size? If so what editing
software did you use?
Please post back with some more information, or someone else may have a
better suggestion.
