How do I create a border made of words?

I want to create a border on a text box comprised of words which wrap around
the text box. I am running Word 2003

Word has no built-in way to do this. You'll have to create four text boxes
and rotate the text in the side ones. Note that you won't be able to rotate
the text in the bottom one 180 degrees; you can rotate WordArt to any angle,
but it's very difficult to get it to look like ordinary text.
