how do I create a ebrochure with images and links in publisher?

Microsoft Publisher doesn't support double sided emails nor does it support
multiple page emails. You would have to design your own brochure from
scratch as a single page and then go to File > Send Email > Send this page
as message.

Publisher does have some built wizards and designs for email, which are
listed under the new publication task pane (File > New)

A double sided e-mail? That's an amusing thought. Makes me think of the
person who wanted a 6-sided brochure. That must have been some thick paper.
