how do I create a graphic from text?

Create a text box, type the text into the text box, resize the text box so
that it is an appropriate size for the text, format the text box's line and
fill options as desired, click once on the text box to select it, press
Ctrl+C to copy it to the Windows clipboard, click somewhere else in the
document to deselect the text box, and click on Edit | Paste Special | Paste:
As: <choose desired format>. Now the text is an image pasted into the Word
document. To get the image out of the Word document, save the document as a
web page (.html).

Another way is to press 'PrtSc' (print screen) - look at the top right
corner of your keyboard, 4th key from the right. It makes a copy of
your screen then you can paste it into some image manipulating software
such as Paint in MS Windows, or better still Paint Shop Pro (psp) and
select the text or crop the image to include the text you want.
