How do I create a letter while I'm in the contact

In 2003 I could start in my contact's screen and create a letter to be
mailed. I can't find a way to do that in Outlook 2007. Please advise if
someone knows how to do this. Thanks

That feature was removed. Start the letter in word and either select from
the address book or copy and paste the data from outlook to word.
