How do I create a mail merge in Publisher 2003 using Outlook addr.

I'm trying to create a catalog merge using Publisher 2003 using Outlook
Express Address book as a data source. I have trouble specifically with the
SELECT A DATA SOURCE step. Which option should I pick and then how do I
determine the location of the data source?
