how do i create a page border out of text in Publisher?

I want to create a border around a blank document, and i want to be able to
type text in the border, so that it wraps around the document. I
accidentally did this in my document through a mis-type, but I undid it
before I decided i liked it. Any ideas? This is my first time using
publisher so I'm clueless. Thanks!

WordArt is your only solution using Publisher. This is easy to do with a draw
program.
