How do I create a tell a friend email form?

I would like t write this with php or vbscript or javascript

does that mean you can use asp or php on your server?
I've got a little "utilities menu" you're welcome to but the pages it goes
on must be .asp.

you could also look in places like www.hotscripts.com for tell a friend
scripts in various languages/ platforms.
