how do i create an action button in publisher?

ei am using publisher to creat email marketing publication and are looking to
add interactive buttons. I have looked every where in the software, could not
find it as easy as it is in powerpoint or access and excel? Is the function
hidden somewhere? I have seen it used on one of the template in publisher,
could someone help.I desperately need an answer. Please

What kind of action to you want Publisher to perform when you click on said
