How do I uncompress photos in publisher?

I compressed photos in publisher so I could email the file for review. I want
to uncompress the photos so I can print this flyer. I've tried removing the
photos from publisher and re-inserting them from the original JPEGs. The
photos are still blurred? Is there an easy fix or do I need to start over
from scratch?

If you re-insert your original image it shouldn't be blurry. Gotta think it
wasn't a hi-res picture in the first place. You cannot uncompress a picture.
