How do I delete ALL history from hard drive?

I am changing computers an want to ensure ALL history has been deleted to
include: My Recent Documents and ALL internet connections.

Use a Big Magnet. Take our your hard drive and run it across a large magnet a
few times. Or, use an even bigger Hammer!
