How do I Delete an Outlook template? It will not delete

I have followed all of your previous instructions and nothing seems to be
able to get rid of it, can you help?

And what are those "previous instructions"? State what you're trying to do.
If it's a template you yourself created, simply delete the OFT file you
created.
