how do i delete any corrupted file or directory?

I copy all my HD in USB then I get red my old pc, when I tried to get any
file from the USB it takes long time to open the folders, I tried to analyze
the USB to defrag it then I get this message
(Cannot delete (Swedish) file the file or directory is corrupted and
unreadable)
Now how I can delete this file/folder from my USB?
Note it is an acrobat
H:\D Drive\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat
5.0\Acrobat\Plug_ins\Spelling\Dictionaries\Swedish
