how do i download office xp to my second computer?

how do i download office xp to my second computer? i have a second computer
in my home that i use and need to have my office xp on it but it wont load
why not? how can i get it to load to my other computer?

it is OEM and will not load on the computer as it is tied to the computer
with which it was sold. You will need to acquire a second copy of Office

I bought the Office XP at a Best Buy store so it did not come with the
computer it was purchased seperately, the @nd computer had a trial version on
it thats why i bought the software to use on both cpmputers but after loading
it to the first computer it won't let me download it to the second computer.
Do I have to delite the trial version from the second computer completly
first?
