how do i edit a downloaded wordview file

how can i edit an word viewer that i downloaded as an e-mail???? and if so
why in the hell doesnt the damn keyboard type if all the connections are in
and all software is working????? someone please help???

If you are using the Word Viewer, you can only view and print a Word file.
To edit it, you must have the full Word program.
