How do I edit an organisation chart in Word 97?

I created an organisation chart using Insert/Object/Create New/MS Orgaization
Chart 2.0 and saved the document as a Word file. I now want to edit the
text but if I right-click and click Object the dialogue box says "Word cannot
edit the Org Chart 2.0". Right-click and Format Object has the Text Box tab
greyed out so I can't edit the text. I've just downloaded the Office 97 SR1
and 2 but no change. All suggestions much appreciated.
