how do i email a paper i wrote in word to a teacher?

i am new to office 2003 and i wrote a research paper in word and my teacher
asked me to email it to her, but i cant fugure out how...help, thanks

while you are in microsoft word, click on file and hit send and you will have
an option of sending page to mail recipent and outlook express will come up
and you put in name and send.

There are a number of ways. If the document is open in Word, from the menu
choose File - Send to - Mail Recipient as Attachment.

Or, if you'd rather start from Outlook, create a new email and fill in the
To: email address, Subject: and whatever message you want to have. Then,
from the menu, choose Insert - File; navigate to the location of the saved
Word document (it should not be open), select it, can click on Insert. Then,
click Send.
