Along with what Luc says, you can right click on the presentation filename,
select rename, and change the extension form .ppt to .pps

| In the save as dialog, next to save as choose the listarrow and select
| PowerPoint show (*.pps). That's all there is to it. The only difference
| between an ordinary ppt and pps is that the former starts up in edit mode
| and the latter immediately starts the presentation.
