How do I email an outlook folder to another location?

Hi,

I am using Microsoft Outlook 2003 on XP.
I have a folder(about 1500 emails) in my outlook that I need to send to
someone at a different location and that person then needs to access it
through his outlook.

Please let me know how this can be done.

Copy the folder to a pst. Then email or otherwise transport the pst file to
the other computer. He can then open the pst in his outlook.
