Two ways to get a "one slide" file

A. Ctrl click and delete all slides but one in slide sorter view - save as -
WITH NEW NAME

B. Create a new presentation and use insert slides from file to insert only
the file you want. (you may need to delete a blank first slide.

How can I export just one slide from the entire presentation?

Use File - Save as and create a copy of the file with a different name.
Delete all slides but the one. Save again and attach to mail.

Another two ways to do this ...

1) - select the slide thumbnail (from slide sorter or from the strip down
the side in edit view)
- drag it onto the desktop (it creates a "scrap" file)
- double click on the scrap file and save as a new presentation

2) Use my XXof YY add-in that has a "Save Selected Slides As ..." function.

Trish,
Just drag the scrap file back into a brand new PowerPoint presentation,
resize if necessary, and save.
