How do I embed a sound file....

You can only embed a wav file. If you are using other format, try converting
to wav file.
For wav sounds:
Choose Tools, Options and go to the General tab
Set the value next to "Link sounds with file size greater than" to 50000 kb.

Alternately, create a folder.
Put the ppt and music into the folder.
Re-insert the music.
Zip the FOLDER using WinZip or WinRaR so that you get a zipped file.
Email the zipped file.

When opening from other PC,
you will need to extract the FOLDER out first before playing the ppt.

Check this out for more information:
"Sounds/Movies don't play, images disappear or links break when I move or
email a presentation"

Does that help?

You can also email me a copy to pptheaven[at]gmail[dot]com to try it out for
you to see if it works.
Replace the [at] with @ and [dot] with .
