how do i enable macros on outlook .....thx

Dazed and confused

Hi,
Been using outlook express for my mail.But everytime i close the application
a box pops up saying macros disabled.Please turn it on?
I have no idea what is going on.Except its something to do with security?
Whats the idiots answer to turning this on ?...please
