I've tried several times to export my address book from Outlook to my Yahoo
address book. Everything goes but the groups i have set up. How do I export
the groups???

Groups? Outlook doesn't use groups. If you mean distribution lists, they
don't export except to a .pst file.

At least you were kind enough to reference distribution lists. One previous
person just said "groups - I don't understand groups - Outlook doesn't use
groups" We all know that you may call them distribution lists but the rest
of the world calls them groups and the other outlook rep who responded to
others' previous inquiries had a bad attitude. That being said - I don't
understand why as they are all e-mail addresses - the rest of the address
book is e-mail addresses. Seems behind the times to me.................

Distribution lists are not email addresses at all. They are collections of
email addresses, and there's a big difference. It would be up to the Yahoo
synchronization tool -- not Outlook -- to convert the information in Outlook
to the way Yahoo stores such things.

Before you accuse me a second time now of again of having a "bad attitude,"
you need to understand more than you do.
"Groups" and "Distribution Lists" are not the same thing and the terms are
not used interchangeably. The vast majority of people posting here who ask
about groups are actually _asking_ about groups (which are used by OE and
the Windows Address Book), not distribution lists (which are used by
Outlook). Most of them are actually posting in the wrong group about the
wrong program. So my first query is to make sure they are actually talking
about Outlook. Asking for necessary clarification is not having a "bad
attitude."
