How do I export my contact list to another computer?

Chris

I am trying to export my contacts to my employer's laptop. I export them as
a PST file, I have him put the attatchment on his computer in another
location, then I have him go to outlook and import the file. It won't let
him. I then went to outlook business manager and tried to authorize his use
but it then tells me that that feature is not available to me because I am
running xp home. I know other people do this, what am I doing wrong.

Exporting and importing are never the right way to do this. Copy them to a
PST file, then open that file in the other version.
What do you mean by "it won't let him?" That doesn't give us any
information.

It won't let him means that it says that he is an unauthorized user of the
file.

That's not an Outlook error. This may be a file ownership issue.
