How do I export project plan to different format for team

I need to figure out a way to export my master project plan to members of my
team. Not all members have project installed on their computers.

Have you and your team got MS Office with Microsoft Office Document Image
Writer ? Simply print to that virtual printer and it produces a file (.mdi
extension) which they can then read.

What elements do they need to be able to see? You can save portions of
the Gantt chart as an image and paste it into a word document.

Filter for what is needed, then distribute PDF files. PDF writers are widely
available and some are free. The "standard" is not free -- Adobe Acrobat.
