How do I find if someone has inserted an attachment in my project

We use Project Server 2003for tracking projects and time. WEe use the tool as
a time approving system tied to our invoicing and I approve all time. I
cannot approve one plan as I'm getting an error that an attachment cannot be
opened by the system. I'm not sure how to check was attachments this plan
has. Can anyone help me?
