How do I find the Toggle Pane in Front Page menu?

I am doing the Front Page tutorial and the instructions say to click If the
folder List is not visible, click the "Toggle Pane", I cannot find it
anywhere to click. It shows a small square icon that looks like several
pages, but I've searched searched and still can't see it.
Please help.
