how do i fix an office 2007 onenote error MSVCR80.dll unfound?

I get error msg stating MSVCR80.dll not found. application failed to start
try reinstalling application may fix problem. But, tried reinstalling all of
Office 2007 and it is still giving me the same error. I want to say it is
either in OneNote or Infopath applications. Please, have you any suggestions
to fix the problem or advice on where to get answers beyond the error msg.?
Also, office diagnostics will not work without this key file, apparantly!
Please, HELP!!!!
