You can't
Any server based web requires a password

You can get IE to remember it
Passwords used by FP are "stored" using IE
In IE use Tools > Internet Options > Security
Click on 'Trusted' and on 'Custom Level'
Make sure the selection at the bottom is set to:
'Automatic logon with current username and password' and click OK
Click on 'Sites' and add your site URL in the 'Add this Web Site to the Zone', and OK, OK
- note: you may have to unselect the option: Require server verification (https)... to add your site

Hmm i think i did the question wrong... maybe...

When anyone goes to mywebsite. I want them to be able to upload a picture
But when they hit the sumit/upbload button it promtes for the username/pass
for the website. How can i turn that off or set it so it auto logs people in?

FP2003 (and perhaps FP2002)
With the live web open in FrontPage, choose a folder for the uploaded
files.
Right-click the foldr and choose properties
Uncheck "Allow scripts to be run"
Check "Allow anonymouse upload to this directory"
Click OK

If the check boxes are not available then your host does not allow you
to to change security settings - you will have to talk to your host,
or there may be an option in the site's Control Panel.
