How do I format in Publisher

[New to this]

I am creating an Vendor Directory for my office and need to know how to apply
the same formatting to the entire document without having to edit every
single entry. I arranged the first entry in my directory the way I want all
of the entry's to look and can't figure a way to apply it to all of them
other than going through one by one...help!

You can create a new "Styles and Formatting" scheme from the first entry, select all
and apply. You can open the font schemes, create a new scheme, select all and apply.
You will have to experiment. There is the Painter, but it will only do one cell at a
time. Help is your best friend.
