How do I get a summary bar-chart of the resource allocation?

For the moment I only see the resource allocation per user (the bar-chart;
vertical vieuw). What I want is a general overvieuw of all my resource on one
page and the bar-chart in vertical position. Is this possible? This vieuw
will give a quick gide of who is overallocated and who is not.
