How do I get ACCESS to calculate years, months, days for a birth d

I can't figure out how to get ACCESS to calculate years, months, days for a
birth date.

I want to take the current date, a birth date, and have ACCESS calculate how
old some one is and give me the age in YEARS, MONTHS, DAYS format.
