I have multiple email messages that I would like to load into a single
Microsoft Office Document Imaging (MDI) file for archival. I can do it on my
own account but I cannot get it to work on another. On the account that is
not doing it, if I select mutiple emails then tell them to print to the
Microsoft Office Document Image Writer, the system wants a new file name for
each email. In my own account it just puts all selected emails into one MDI
file. I cannot see any relevent differenece between the accounts or how they
are set up. I am attempting to find which atribute allows one account to
load mulple emails into one but not the other. Any assistance would be
appreciated
