How do I get my incoming email to go to either Outlook or Outlook.

My incoming email goes to either Outlook or Outlook Express. I have to open
both to read all of my email. Is there a way to have my email come to one or
the other? If so what do I have to do to have my email come to only one or
the other?

If both apps have the correct account data then whichever one you open will
receive mail.
You have to decide which app you are going to use, then maybe delete the
accounts on the other, or set it not to download mail automatically/on
opening.
