How do I get Picture Manager on my computer?

Is Picture Manager part of PowerPoint? I loaded Excel, Word, and Outlook but
Picture Manager did not load.

Picture Manager is not part of PowerPoint. It is kinda like a replacement
for Photo Editor, but isn't a graphics editing program. Personally, I like
Photo Editor better for most situations, but that's just me.

What version of Office are you running? If it isn't 2003, you would not
have it installed.

Also, even if it is installed on your computer, it can be a little difficult
to find. Look under the Microsoft Office Tools folder in the Start menu.
