With my former employer, I would press the "Print Screen" button and it would
automatically print what I was looking at on the screen. My new employer's
computer does not have that function. How do I get that software so that I
can use the Print Screen button? I am using Microsoft 2003 edition.

In the old days DOS, you used PRINT SCREEN key to print the content of the current screen.
Hitting PRINT SCREEN while in Windows will simply copy the full screen to the clipboard.
You can then PASTE this screen shot to any image editing program by pressing
CTRL+V ("Edit > Paste" or equivalent of PASTE).

In that case, I would venture to suggest that you've not used the Print
Screen key for about 15 years as that was the last time it actually did what
it said on the tin. It has NEVER worked that way under Windows.
