how do I get the schedule email time to default to 1am?

I know how to schedule future delivery, but my system keeps defaulting to 5pm
and I am constantly having to retype 1am. How do I change this default

You can't.
If you know VBA, then you could set the correct option programmatically when
for instance you're clicking a button or typing a keyboard shortcut.

Since you said we could build a VBA script, could you give us an example?
I'm not versed in VBA and I don't know where to start. However, I'm willing
to try.

I also want to reset the Delivery Time Option. I work night shift and many
times I don't want to send an e-mail to my boss in the middle of the night.
This is mainly because his Blackberry is attached to his head and all e-mails
forward there. I don't like waking him up for petty things.

It's just a pain to change this every time. I'd also like to change the
Have Replies Sent To default so I can have them CC'd back to my personal
e-mail.
