how do i get the tab "tracking" on emails I send

I want to be able to track who has read emails, not just by a read receipt,
but from the tracking tab which I previously had when I opened a sent email.
Please advise.

of Outlook, if you are using the Tracking Options, what you have set for
those options, and whether it ever worked before on this machine, and, if
yes, what you did to cause it to stop working?

Are you aware that Read Receipts are only sent from systems that (1) use a
software program that uses them and (2) are set to send them? I have my
computer set to "Do not send read receipts".
